bhaka7 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Scope of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bhaka7 platform and all its associated services, products and features. bhaka7 is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, slots, live casino and other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement.

1.2 Definitions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳22,000 the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 will apply and your total balance will be ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means you must wager ten times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. A specific time limit may apply for meeting the wagering requirement. Each bonus offer has its own terms, which should be checked before claiming.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Terms

• The same bonus cannot be used more than once on a single account.
• bhaka7 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts.
• Cashback benefits for VIP members are calculated weekly and added automatically.

5.1 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Bets affected by a technical error will be reviewed before a decision is made.
• bhaka7 reserves the right to investigate if unusual betting patterns are detected.
• bhaka7's decision is final in determining results.

5.2 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments) and other sporting events, specific rules for each event apply. In the event of a match being postponed, cancelled or having its result changed, the applicable recalculation policy will be followed. Odds may change during live betting.

5.3 Casino Games

Results in live casino, slots and other games are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. All games are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. 6.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits

bhaka7's VIP program has 5 tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

6.2 VIP Tier Changes

7.1 Strictly Prohibited

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for the purpose of illegal money laundering.
• Attempting to gain an artificial advantage using software or automation tools.
• Abusive behaviour towards other members or staff.
• Unauthorised attempts to access the platform's security or systems.
• Providing false or misleading information.

7.2 Consequences of Violations

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in bhaka7 suspending or closing the account without notice and the right to forfeit the relevant funds. The relevant authorities will be informed if necessary.
